Located in the Rivertowns of New York, In Motion Pilates offers individualized instruction that takes into account client goals. A regular Pilates practice will increase strength, flexibility, fluidity and coordination.

What is Pilates?

Created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s Pilates is intended as a holistic approach to fitness which integrates mind and body. Pilates is accessible to people of all ages and abilities. It is a form of total body conditioning that adheres to six principals: Control, Breath, Concentration, Centering, Flowing Motion and Precision and each are integral to a PIlates session. The benefits of a Pilates practice include:
